Shifts in real estate is part of a normal cycle and the gears do not need to grind, it can be very smooth and in my opinion that is what is happening in housing right now. On the aggregate, the housing market still provides a slight edge to sellers but that edge is not very steep, or as steep as it had been in the past. Is the real estate market balancing out? Oh by the way, a balanced market is not a bad thing!
